Karthik Jagadeesh is the Co-Founder and CDO of TenSixty Biosciences, which is building antibody therapeutics against novel tumor-specific targets. Its high-throughput platform identifies cancer-selective targets and epitopes, and the company is advancing several antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) programs in preclinical development. Before TenSixty, Jagadeesh was a postdoctoral fellow at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. He holds a PhD in computer science from Stanford and is a UC Berkeley alumnus.
