Rishabh Jain is the Co-Founder and co-CEO of Latent (Latent Health, YC W23), which builds medical language models that automate healthcare operations such as prior authorization so patients get their medications faster. Latent raised an $80M Series A in 2026 and works with more than 45 health systems. A repeat founder, Jain previously co-founded Ads on Top, a digital out-of-home ad exchange acquired by Billups, and was a senior software engineer at OneSignal.
