Clad Labs
Richard Wang is the Co-Founder and CEO of Clad Labs (YC F25), which builds an AI investigation layer between support teams and engineering so customer issues are diagnosed and resolved without manual escalation. Clad Labs first launched Chad, an AI coding IDE, before moving into customer support. Before Clad, Wang did machine-learning research on semiconductor-fab data at PerformanceStar, a startup acquired by Tokyo Electron, and worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. He holds a degree in computer science from Caltech.
